VPNUE brings region selection, data management and client access together in one subscription. To decide whether it suits your everyday needs, check whether it lets you complete tasks on your target services—not just the route name or a one-off speed test.
To assess connection quality during peak hours, test it when you actually use it. Saving a remote document, streaming video without interruptions and getting a complete response from an AI tool are better indicators of everyday performance than a single speed test. VPNUE offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct routes. If a connection slows down, keep the destination region the same, try another route type and compare how well it completes your task. Your local network, the outbound path and the destination website can all affect results. Keep a regular route and a backup, and retest under the same conditions if something goes wrong. This makes it easier to identify the cause instead of switching routes at random.
Bank-grade encryption is part of VPNUE's security information. Encrypted connections protect data in transit between the client and the service, but they do not replace account security on destination websites or prevent those sites from recognizing login activity. When handling sensitive information on public networks, also check the website connection, device permissions and account security settings. Your subscription link is an account access credential; save it only in a client you use, and don't share it publicly when troubleshooting. For details on data handling, read the Privacy Policy. Network security depends on the connection, device and account working together.
VPNUE supports unlimited devices, so you can use the same account subscription on computers and mobile devices without choosing a separate plan for each one. Device count and data allowance are different: using multiple devices consumes plan data, as do video, file transfers and background updates. When setting up for the first time, import the subscription and verify the connection on your main device before configuring others. Client permissions and background behavior vary by operating system, so a working computer connection doesn't mean your mobile device is set up. If something differs, follow the guide for that platform.
With AI tools such as Claude, a successful connection is only the first step. Check that you can load the sign-in page, submit a prompt and receive a complete response. VPNUE provides access to international routes, while account eligibility, regional policies and usage limits are set by each tool. Before choosing a route, check which regions the service supports, then test it with a real task. Keep the same exit region during long conversations or file uploads. If a message appears, distinguish network errors from account notices rather than assuming every issue is route-related. Our AI guides explain how to assess these situations.
Streaming depends on account access, regional catalogs and how the service identifies your exit location. VPNUE's route regions can help you choose a connection, but they don't replace a platform subscription or guarantee that a particular title will always play. When testing Disney+, open the title you actually want to watch and check that playback continues; loading the home page alone isn't enough. If you see a region notice, check the selected exit location and account region. If playback only buffers, check your local connection and route performance separately. Catalogs and platform detection rules can change, so rely on the playback result at the time.
VPNUE offers a 60-day refund. Before choosing a plan, check the data allowance, reset schedule and your target platforms. During use, assess connection performance on the networks you normally use. Submit refund requests through a support ticket in the user panel, and keep the relevant order details handy to help with subscription and payment records. Read the refund commitment alongside the specific application rules in the Terms of Service. If the connection doesn't meet your needs, describe the situation clearly to help distinguish a configuration issue from a service-fit issue.
The value of one subscription is having a single place to manage routes for different devices and use cases. The VPNUE user panel handles plans, clients and subscription management, while the site lists prices and instructions you can verify. Network connections and destination-service accounts have separate roles: routes provide cross-border connectivity, while websites handle account authorization and content. Assessing each part separately makes it easier to know whether to adjust the client, change routes or check a notice from the destination service.
Coverage includes 100+ countries and 220+ routes. The examples below show common regions and route types as a starting point. Confirm streaming support by testing playback; a region name is not a promise that content will be available.
| Country / Region | City | Route type | How to check streaming support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore | Singapore | IEPL dedicated line | Confirm by testing playback |
| Japan | Tokyo | Relay | Confirm by testing playback |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | IEPL dedicated line | Confirm by testing playback |
| United States | Los Angeles | Direct | Confirm by testing playback |
| France | Paris | Relay | Confirm by testing playback |
Choose a region based first on the destination website's service coverage. If a work site requires a specific region, meet that requirement before comparing routes within it. For everyday browsing, start with a familiar region and test the full process: open the page, sign in and submit a form. Distance is only one factor in network routing and doesn't determine connection quality on its own. Routes within the same region may also take different paths.
IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct routes describe how a connection is routed, not how well it performs. Relay routes use an intermediate node; direct routes connect directly. Actual performance still depends on your local network and the destination service. When troubleshooting, keep the device and task the same and change one condition at a time. Once you find a route that works for you, keep a backup in the same or another available region for comparison if issues arise.
The figures below are for reference only. They are not end-to-end test results or guarantees of speed or availability. Check performance on your own device and network with the website you intend to use. If the figures don't match your experience, choose based on whether the route lets you complete your task.

Get the clientCreate an account without an email address using a username and password. Keep your sign-in details secure. Once in the panel, check your plan status, then get the client and subscription for your platform. Importing the subscription doesn't mean you're connected: make sure the configuration and route are selected, then enable the connection as directed by the client. System permission prompts for network configuration and the client's own connection toggle are separate steps; complete both.
For your first connection, open a regular webpage to confirm your local network is working, then visit the international website you want to use. Check that you can sign in, load content and complete the intended action. If only some apps aren't working, check whether they're using the current proxy route. If none work, check your subscription status and selected route first. Change one setting at a time and note the result to make troubleshooting easier.
Follow the guide to make your first connection →Your subscription brings the route configuration associated with your account into the client. After renewing or changing plans, check your status in the panel, then update the subscription according to the client's instructions. Configurations that haven't been updated for a long time may differ from the panel's current settings, so confirm the active configuration and route after updating. When moving to another device, get the subscription from the panel instead of copying a configuration from an unknown source.
If you need help from support, share your operating system, client message, route region and the steps that led to the issue. Hide subscription links and sign-in credentials in screenshots. The full user guide covers setup, importing, verification and maintenance in order, for anyone who wants to understand each step.
Read the guide from beginner to advanced →Monthly plans are for ongoing use, with data refreshed each month on your activation date—not at the start of the calendar month. Data packs suit occasional use: they remain available until used and never expire. Consider how often you'll use the service before choosing an allowance; device count doesn't determine which plan tier you need.
Monthly plan
¥9.9/month
Suited to web, email and text-based tasks. Assess whether the allowance is enough based on file transfers and video use.
Monthly plan
¥18/month
Suited to alternating between web work and streaming. Consider data use across devices and keep an eye on background transfers.
Monthly plan
¥28/month
Suited to frequent video streaming and file transfers. A larger allowance gives you more data to work with, but doesn't guarantee that a destination website will always be available.
A plan's data allowance doesn't guarantee a set number of viewing hours or tasks. Video quality, file sizes, background sync and use across multiple devices all affect consumption, so a fixed scenario can't translate directly into a data estimate. Check your remaining balance in the panel and use your typical activity to estimate what you'll need next. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the panel for order details.
Monthly plan reset dates depend on your activation date, so tracking your own cycle is more accurate than checking at the end of each calendar month. With data packs, keep an eye on the remaining balance. Before changing plans, confirm your current plan and the order you're about to submit; monthly plans and data packs don't share the same billing cycle. The full plans page lists prices, data rules and comparisons so you can review the details before paying.
Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Before paying, check the plan name, amount and order status. After payment, return to the panel to confirm your subscription status before getting the client and configuration. If the status hasn't updated as expected, open a support ticket in the panel with your order details instead of creating repeated test orders.
The 60-day refund provides added reassurance when choosing a plan. See the Terms of Service for the application process and full rules. For account or order issues, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Use-case examples on this page are for guidance only and don't guarantee ongoing access to any particular website, catalog or task.
Choose an article based on the platform you're using or the service you want to access. Setup guides help with importing subscriptions and permissions; use-case guides help distinguish network issues from platform rules and account notices. Follow the instructions alongside your device's current interface, and don't treat past results as a guarantee of continued availability.
Follow the first-time setup process: get a supported client from the panel, import your subscription, allow the VPN configuration and confirm that it works. For users who already have a subscription but haven't finished granting system permissions.
Covers the key steps for setting up macOS for the first time: installing a client, granting network permissions, importing a subscription and confirming it works. If you see a permissions prompt or the configuration isn't enabled, check each step before reinstalling.
Android background app management and battery-saving policies can interrupt connections. This guide covers background activity, battery optimization exemptions and per-app proxy settings to help distinguish system pauses from route issues.
If setup is complete but you can't use a particular website, start with guidance for that use case. Disney+ region detection and content catalogs work differently from regular web access, and an AI tool's sign-in notice doesn't necessarily indicate a network issue. Note the full message, confirm your exit region and look for relevant guidance; that's more useful than repeatedly changing plans.
