Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy describes the scope, purposes, and methods of personal data processing by VPNUE across its website, user panel, and subscription service. Communications generated by cross-border access and business records required to manage accounts are separate data categories, handled under the rules below.

Account and Order Data

VPNUE does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password. Email is not required to activate the service. This service processes usernames, password verification data, and account status for authentication, session management, and subscription delivery. Passwords are not used for support verification; do not include them in support tickets.

When placing an order and using a subscription, business records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, subscription status, and cumulative data usage. This information is used to verify payments, calculate available data, and handle renewals, refunds, and order disputes. Cumulative data usage is used only to manage allowances and does not reveal which websites a user visits.

When a support ticket is submitted, this service processes the issue description and any screenshots or diagnostic information voluntarily attached. Before submitting, conceal passwords, subscription credentials, and personal information unrelated to the issue. Support staff need only the information relevant to the request.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling

VPNUE follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, destinations, or records that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Account and order records, cumulative data usage, and support tickets are business data and should not be interpreted as browsing logs.

While a connection is active, routes and session status are temporarily processed to forward data. This state is used only for the current connection and is not retained as a history of past connections. No connection history searchable by account is created after a session ends. Troubleshooting relies first on operational status at the network level and diagnostic information voluntarily provided by the user.

Encryption does not replace the privacy rules of destination websites. When users sign in to international websites, submit content, or authorize applications, those services continue to process related data under their own policies.

Access Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help assess page visits, referral sources, and entry-point clicks to improve content and navigation. Analytics cover activity on the marketing website only; they do not extend to other websites users access through the subscription service. Do not put credentials or personal information in page addresses or query parameters.

Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface state. User panel login credentials are stored in browser local storage for authentication in subsequent requests and should not be shared with others.

Users can manage cookies in their browser settings or clear site data. Clearing local storage may invalidate login status and preferences; it does not automatically delete accounts, orders, or support tickets on the server. After using a shared device, sign out of the panel and clear site data.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

VPNUE supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third parties. This service confirms payment using the order identifier, payment status, and necessary transaction verification information; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to support staff.

Data collected by third parties on their payment pages or during transaction processing is subject to their own privacy policies. Check the recipient details and order information before confirming payment. When resolving payment issues, provide only the information needed to identify the transaction.

Business data is used only to deliver the service, handle user requests, and meet applicable obligations. It is not used to sell personal browsing activity. When information must be provided by law, only necessary data already held is processed after the request and its scope have been verified.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while the account is in use. Order and payment verification records are retained as needed to fulfill obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law. Support ticket information is retained until the issue and any necessary review are complete. There is no single fixed retention period under this policy. When the relevant purpose ends and there is no need to retain the data, it should be deleted or de-identified.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account control must be verified to prevent accidental deletion. Outstanding orders, unresolved disputes, or legal retention requirements may limit the scope of deletion; the reason should be explained when the request is handled.

Deleting account data and receiving a refund are separate matters. The refund policy allows refunds within 60 days for any reason; see the Terms of Service for details on eligibility.

Policy Updates and Feedback

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the update month at the top will be changed. Important changes to data use or user rights will be explained through the website or user panel. A new purpose does not automatically apply to data collected earlier just because the policy wording has changed.

For questions about data processing, submit a specific request through a panel support ticket. Include the relevant page, order, or action, and avoid attaching complete subscription credentials. Account and service support options are available on the Customer Support page.
