Support Tickets
Submit connection, subscription and billing questions through the user dashboard.
User Dashboard Tickets
Tickets are best for questions that require checking your account, order or connection. Sign in, open the tickets section, describe the issue and submit it. You can follow up and check replies in the dashboard, keeping everything together in one thread.
Contact Options and Response Information
Use contact options that can be verified on this site.
Email and Telegram
No support email address or Telegram account is listed on this page. For help, submit a ticket through the user dashboard. Do not send account details or proof of payment to accounts whose identity you cannot verify through this site.
Checking for a Reply
No fixed response time is provided on this page. While you wait, check your ticket in the dashboard for updates. Connection issues may require client details, while billing questions may require an order check. Complete information makes it easier to determine what to do next.
For the same issue, add details to the original ticket. This keeps error messages, troubleshooting results and order information together in one record.
What to Include in Your Ticket
Describe what happened and what you have already checked. Do not include sensitive credentials.
Connection and Client
Include your platform, selected route name, when the issue occurred, and whether you cannot connect or cannot reach a website after connecting. Copy the full error message and describe what happened after switching routes or reconnecting. Redact subscription links and sensitive account details from screenshots.
Subscriptions and Payments
Specify the plan you want checked, the order status and what differs from what you expected. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. If the status has not updated after payment, check the order history in your dashboard first, then add the relevant order details to your ticket to avoid repeating the transaction.
Refund Questions
VPNUE offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, describe your request in a ticket and include the relevant order. See the Terms of Service for details.
